Quality & supply

Our standard, their line, our responsibility

We order production directly from partner factories and organise manufacturing against our own product specification. Each grade ships with the document set that matches what we actually supply — technical data sheet, safety data sheet, and batch certificate on request.

Where a grade is a manufacturer's standard range rather than a GeNing specification, we say so and name the source in the quotation. Partner capacity is never presented as our own.

How supply works
01 · RequirementC.I., system, target performance and volume — or a problem statement if the grade is not yet known.
02 · Grade proposalCandidate grades with the fastness and application data that applies to your system.
03 · Sample & trialSample with matching document set; trial support coordinated with the production partner.
04 · SupplyQuotation, packing and lead time confirmed per order — never a static stock promise.
